Alyssa Amendola

Alyssa graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology in 2013. Following her graduation, she worked as Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) for children on the Autism Spectrum. Throughout her college experience, Alyssa tutored elementary and middle school students at a YMCA. Following her graduation, she continued to tutor at various nonprofit organizations. In June of 2016, Alyssa returned from her Peace Corps service in Indonesia, where she taught English as a second language to middle school students. Currently, in addition to tutoring, Alyssa works full time at the University of Pittsburgh as a research associate. Alyssa enjoys helping students realize their potential, and make academic and long-term goals.
