Chelsea Hoffman

Chelsea graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 with degrees in Biology and Psychology, and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. After graduation, Chelsea worked in account and project management in Pittsburgh. Currently, in addition to tutoring, Chelsea works on a freelance website development and consulting team. She also coaches lower and middle school Cross-Country at Winchester Thurston.

While in college, Chelsea was a Teaching Assistant at a summer science academy for high school students from around the United States. Chelsea enjoyed watching her students grow and become invested in science through project-based learning. As an experienced tutor, Chelsea focuses on identifying and addressing deficits in learning to foster a sense of independence in her students.
