Jillian Kite

Jill is an experienced Spanish tutor and teacher. She currently teaches Spanish 1, 2, and 3 at the University of Pittsburgh while working to complete her Ph.D. in Hispanic Languages and Literature. From 2012-2014, Jill worked as at Writing Consultant at Florida Atlantic University where she also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Instructor. In addition, Jill has experience with ESL tutoring through the M.A.N.O. program, where she served as president from 2009-2011. Through tutoring, Jill enjoys providing students with the undivided attention that may be lacking in a traditional classroom setting. Tutoring allows her to adapt her teaching style to individual student needs and to empower students to take on academic challenges with confidence.
