Joshua graduated from Columbia University in 2007 with a BA in English. He went on to earn his MA and PhD in English from the Pennsylvania State University, where he taught courses in rhetoric, composition, and literature from 2008 through 2014. Though his graduate work focused on early modern British literature and contemporary theory, Joshua moved to Pittsburgh to teach American and western literature at a local private school; in 2016, he began working as an academic advisor for a nearby university. As a tutor, he strives to help students acquire the tools necessary to succeed in their current classes—and to prepare for the jump to a university’s rigor.
*Joshua possesses all current Pennsylvania clearances.
